Dear colleagues!

Welcome to the 11th Congress of the Asian-Pacific Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (APSTH 2021) which will be held during March 18 – 20, 2021 in Korea! On behalf of the organizing committee of APSTH 2021, it is my great pleasure to extend hearty greetings to all our participants and many distinguished guests and experts from home and abroad.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge our lives around the world. Due to the on-going development by COVID-19, the local organizing committee has decided APSTH 2021 to be held as an online meeting only. With health and safety of all participants being our topmost priority, the online congress would be the best solution for all of us. Indeed, the virtual meeting will allow all colleagues, who are unable to attend in person, to participate in real-time and get connected with a global network.

This biennial congress welcomes everyone in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis. The rich scientific program will offer fascinating lectures on the most recent developments in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis research and allow all participants to dive deep into a wide range of perspectives on critical issues and their far-reaching implications. You can truly look forward to an intellectually stimulating and profitable three-day virtual meeting, filled with diverse and illuminating views and opinions from the prominent speakers.

Apart from academic experience, this virtual gathering will present a special opportunity where we can get connected together and exchange warm encouragements and supports with each other amid such a difficult time. I firmly believe that your participation will allow us to strengthen our bond in the Asian-Pacific network and beyond.
